Ingredients
1 Mango (pre-chopped and frozen)
1 Bannana (peeled and frozen)
3 Table Spoons of Peanut Butter
4 x Eggs
2 Cups Soy Milk
1 Scoop of Natural Whey Protein
(Optional 1/2 Cup of Oats for a Carbohydrate brain powering boost)
Method
Place the ingredients into a heavy duty blender and blend until smooth.
