Ingredients:
1 x Brown onion finely chopped
4 x Garlic cloves finely chopped
2 x Medium chillies finally chopped
3 x Celery sticks chopped
2 x Large carrots chopped
2 x Chicken breast chopped
2 x Rashers bacon chopped
6 x Tomatoes diced
2 x Stock cubes
2 x Tablespoons tomato paste
Method:
Place all of the ingredients into a slow cooker and cook for around 4 – 6 hours on the slow cook high temp setting.
Serve with boiled rice and steamed seasonal vegetables.
