
Chocolate Balls
All I can say is YUMMMMMM
Ingredients:
1 Cup x Raw Cashews
1 Cup x Fresh Dates (pitted)
3/4 Cup x Sultanas
1 x Orange juiced (also use the pulp)
1.5 Tablespoons x Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1.5 Tablespoons x Carob Powder
1 Teaspoon x Vanilla Essence
1 Teaspoon x Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Cup x Desiccated Coconut
Method:
1. Place all ingredients excluding coconut and cinnamon in a food processor or blender.
2. Mix cinnamon and coconut together in a bowl.
3. Roll mixture into small balls then coat them in coconut mixture, place into a contain and store in the fridge or freezer.
4. Enjoy.
