
Steak and Mushroom Sauce
4-8 X Beef Eye fillets depending on size
300g x Green Beans ends cut and halved
3 x Carrots cut into sticks
1 x Head Broccoli cut to bite size
2 x Cobs Corn halved
1 x Tablespoon Butter or Coconut Butter
8 x Button Mushrooms sliced
2 x Garlic Finely Chopped
1 x Chili Finely Chopped
400ml x Pure Cream
2 x Splashes Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 x Teaspoon Hot Paprika
1 x Tablespoon Butter / Coconut Oil
1 x teaspoon corn flour
Method:
1. Prepare vegetables, garlic and Chilli. Heat water in a pot for the corn.
2. Heat pan using half of the butter required.
3. Once heated place eye fillets into the pan, cook to desired.
4. Place fillets into the oven on 140 degrees Celsius.
5. Place corn in boiling water. Heat wok for vegetables use the remaining butter, toss all of the vegetables in, stirring while the sauce is cooking, about 5 minutes.
6. Cook mushrooms in pan the fillets were cooked in then Pour cream into the pan, bring to simmer add garlic, chilli, Paprika mix corn flour and couple of tablespoons of warm water together then add to the cream sauce mixture.
7. Stir and serve. Enjoy.
